Sandy King, CPA, Controller
Sandy is responsible for the operations of the day to day accounting, focusing primarily on property management. After graduating from Miami University, her career began with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services managing the property management accounting functions. Sandy is an avid gardener.
Cathy Sparks, Accountant
Cathy joined Midland Atlantic Development in March of 2006. She is a Cincinnati native and, prior to joining Midland, she worked in construction accounting as well as property management accounting. She assists in performing many day to day accounting functions and responsibilities.
