David Wik, Director of Acquisitions
David is responsible for the sourcing, closing and operations of all shopping centers acquired through the acquisition program. He is actively seeking brokerage contacts and existing shopping center owners in order to maintain a constant pipeline of potential value add acquisition targets. The acquisitions program is focused primarily on shopping centers located in the Midwest and Southeast, and has aggressive growth plans for the future. |
