Gary Frye, Director of Construction
Gary serves as our Director of Construction. He is a 1981 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Gary has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of construction and construction management, possessing an extensive list of successfully completed projects ranging not only from "high end" retail development projects, but also in high rise commercial office buildings, medical office buildings, light industrial, financial institutions, pharmaceutical, etc. His extensive work experience for Midland Atlantic Development and with other major construction and development companies has proven his dedication to all phases of the construction process. |

Jim Bruckner, Construction Manager
Jim manages the construction of the firm's project s in North Carolina and oversees construction and re-development for Midland's value-added Acquisitions group. He previously served four years as project manager for Professional Engineering Group LLC, and prior to that, spent three years in the same role for Neyer Properties. Jim earned a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati in 1999. He has also earned Constructor Certification – Level I from the American Institute of Constructors. |
