David P. Woodke, P.E., Director of Construction
Dave joined the Midland Atlantic team in Spring of 2008. His responsibilities include oversight of all construction-related activities for the Company including estimating, contracting, and project management. Dave graduated from Purdue University in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Today, he brings more than 15 years experience in engineering, construction, and development to Midland Atlantic, having worked for a number of local design/build developers in commercial, industrial, and retail settings throughout his career. |

Jim Bruckner, Construction Manager
Jim manages the construction of the firm's project s in North Carolina and oversees construction and re-development for Midland's value-added Acquisitions group. He previously served four years as project manager for Professional Engineering Group LLC, and prior to that, spent three years in the same role for Neyer Properties. Jim earned a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati in 1999. He has also earned Constructor Certification – Level I from the American Institute of Constructors. |
