William Mees, Development Manager
William (Bill) joined the company in 2007. He is responsible for the management and oversight of development projects, including – acquisition, feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, economic incentives, design & engineering, construction, sales & leasing, and property management coordination. Bill received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. He has 12 years of experience in the commercial development arena which includes direct involvement in the development of retail, office, industrial, and residential projects. |

Michael Small, Development Manager
Michael joined the company in 2005. Michael's primary role is to manage the development process – from beginning the initial land takedown negotiations to the successful grand opening of the tenants. He is actively involved in seeking out new development opportunities and tenant relationships. Michael has worked as an accountant with Deloitte & Touche and then as an Associate in Investment Banking with JPMorgan. Michael received a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Emory University. |
