William Mees, Development Manager
Bill joined Midland Atlantic in 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Bill spent 10 years as a Development and Leasing executive with Cincinnati United Contractors (CUC). Bill is an architect by training and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to his tenure at CUC, Bill practiced architecture, applying his craft for 9 years. Bill is well-known throughout Cincinnati as the 22 year Head Coach for the Indian Hill High School Boys Varsity Soccer team, and for his position as a Member of the Sycamore Township Planning and Zoning Committee. Bill is the Development Manager for several Midland Atlantic projects involving Kroger, JC Penney, LA Fitness, and Target. |

Michael Small, Development Manager
Michael joined Midland Atlantic in 2005. Michael is actively involved in seeking new development opportunities and tenant relationships, and has served as the Development Manager for several Midland Atlantic projects including Target-anchored shopping centers in Rapid City, South Dakota and Cedar Falls, Iowa and a Kroger-anchored project in northern Cincinnati. Michael has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emory University, with a concentration on finance and accounting. Prior to joining Midland Atlantic, Michael used both concentrations as an accountant with Deloitte & Touche, and then as an Associate with JPMorgan's Retail Division. |
