Nicole Chimento, Director of Leasing
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati's nationally recognized Commercial Real Estate program, where she also attained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Nicole's commercial real estate career began at Federated Department Stores (Macy's) in 1992. In 1996, she joined one of the nations most successful lifestyle developers, Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, as a leasing agent and then as the head of the brokerage department. While there, Nicole provided tenant site selection for national retailers such as Staples, Starbucks, Great Clips and Quizno's Subs. In 2002, Nicole joined another Cincinnati developer, Bear Creek Capital as the Vice President of Leasing. During her eight years with that company she was responsible for anchor leasing for new development projects, working with tenants such as Kohl's, Target, Kroger, Lowe's & Meijer, and she also managed the leasing and marketing departments. Nicole was also responsible for bringing Cincinnati its first Crate & Barrel store. Nicole is well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate including land acquisition, property management, development, construction and tenant negotiation. Nicole is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping centers and holds a brokerage license in the State of Ohio. |

Clayton C. Riney, Leasing Agent
Prior to joining Midland Atlantic, Clayton worked as a residential Realtor with Coldwell Banker out of Charlotte, NC. Clayton is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he majored in both finance and marketing. While in school, Clayton worked as a property manager for a small residential investment group. |
