Forrest Holger, Director of Property Management

Forrest is responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of all managed properties, including facilities management, tenant relations, and financial reporting. Forrest also serves as Property Manager for several of Midland Atlantic's projects, having more than 30 years experience in the field of retail management. Forrest joined the company in 2006 and has since earned the CCIM designation; one of the most respected designations in the commercial real estate industry. He is a member of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member), National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, and Institute of Real Estate Management.

Gail Eisenecker, Property Manager

Gail oversees a significant portion of Midland Atlantic?s managed properties located in the Midwest and Southeast. She has more than 30 years experience managing retail and other commercial properties and holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM, the CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and RPA (Registered Property Administrator) from the Building Owners and Manager Association.

Brandon Boyster, Property Manager

Brandon Boyster joined Midland Atlantic as the Property Manager for Rushmore Crossing, a 900,000 sf development in Rapid City, South Dakota which opened its initial phase in October, 2008. While Brandon will be based in Rapid City, he will also manage day to day operations for projects in Iowa, Minnesota, and other surrounding states in which Midland Atlantic is active. Brandon is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS degree in business. He is a certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) with over seven years of experience.
