Casey Ward, Senior Vice President
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate, Casey's career began in 1996 with the Midland Development Group. Since Midland Atlantic's formation in 1998, Casey has specialized in tenant representation and property disposition having completed over 250 career transactions. He has been responsible for the successful local rollouts of Chipotle, Gold's Gym and Potbelly Sandwich Works among others, and was designated Vice President in 2003. Casey has recently managed the development of several company owned retail projects in Ohio and Kentucky while continuing to focus on brokerage in the region. |

CJ Judge, Senior Retail Specialist
C.J. represents retail properties for sale, lease, and development. In addition, he assists clients with tenant representation, asset acquisition and disposition, investment analysis, broker opinion of value, and multi-market site selection services. Prior to beginning his career in retail real estate, C.J. worked as a commercial real estate underwriter for a regional bank, and a development associate for a residential land development company. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate. |
