Scott Katz, Principal
Scott is a co-founder and principal of Midland Atlantic, and oversees operation of the Cincinnati (Blue Ash) office. With extensive experience in all aspects of retail development and brokerage, Scott has spearheaded numerous development projects, and has completed in excess of 600 transactions. Through Scott's guidance, Midland has coordinated the rollouts of numerous chains such as Panera Bread, Chipotle, Ruby Tuesday and Boston Market, to name a few.
Previously, Scott served as vice president of the Midland Development Group, a St. Louis based shopping center developer that was acquired by Regency Centers in 1997.
Scott is currently a board member of Entrepreneurs Organization, and a committee member of Wise Temple and Camp Livingston. He is also a member of ICSC, and a licensed broker in Ohio and Kentucky. |
