The Cincinnati (Blue Ash) office is primarily focused on neighborhood retail development, national tenant representation and disposition and third party leasing and brokerage. Over the years, Scott Katz and his team have managed the development of numerous properties, and have directed the rollout of national concepts including among others, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Gold’s Gym, Boston Market, Caribou Coffee and Potbelly Sandwich Works.
