Patrick Boyle, Retail Specialist

Patrick joined Midland Atlantic in 2005 and since has focused on retail leasing, sales and tenant representation, as well as shopping center development and acquisition.

Having owned and operated multiple retail businesses of his own, Patrick has the familiarity of being a retailer. This allows him to provide a wealth of invaluable hands-on practical business knowledge with an in depth understanding of commercial real estate.

Patrick's background and experience, coupled with his energy, creativity and resourcefulness have been effective in producing successful results for both Retailers and Landlords.

Jodi Milto, Retail Specialist

Jodi Milto joined Midland Atlantic in 2010 as a Retail Specialist with a focus on Landlord and Tenant Representation. Possessing Commercial Real Estate experience, owning her own companies as well having been instrumental in growing the family business, Milto Cleaners, Jodi has the mind-set of an Entrepreneur – Proprietor. Her experience is conveyed to her clients through unparalleled service and a thorough understanding of their business requirements.
