Jeff has provided Midland Atlantic with over 25 years of retail real estate experience and has proven himself a leader in the industry to both his clients and the company. Leading by example, Jeff works with such retailers as Home Depot, CVS, Donatos Pizza and many national franchise operators and assists the other Brokers in our office with his knowledge and advice. Patrick Boyle, Retail Specialist

Patrick joined Midland Atlantic in 2005 and since has focused on retail leasing, sales and tenant representation, as well as shopping center development and acquisition.

Having owned and operated multiple retail businesses of his own, Patrick has the familiarity of being a retailer. This allows him to provide a wealth of invaluable hands-on practical business knowledge with an in depth understanding of commercial real estate.

Patrick's background and experience, coupled with his energy, creativity and resourcefulness have been effective in producing successful results for both Retailers and Landlords.

Jodi Milto, Retail Specialist

Jodi Milto joined Midland Atlantic in 2010 as a Retail Specialist with a focus on Landlord and Tenant Representation. Possessing Commercial Real Estate experience, owning her own companies as well having been instrumental in growing the family business, Milto Cleaners, Jodi has the mind-set of an Entrepreneur – Proprietor. Her experience is conveyed to her clients through unparalleled service and a thorough understanding of their business requirements. Jodi understands what it takes for a retailer to succeed and the importance of finding that perfect location and tenant mix.

Tracey Holtzman, Retail Specialist

Specializing in retail sales, leasing and investment sales, Tracey has over twenty years of successful commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Midland Atlantic, Tracey was with NAI Olympia for 14 years where she became Vice President in 2000 and a Principal in 2006. Preceding her tenure at NAI Olympia she was with Lauth Development and was responsible for the leasing of their retail shopping center portfolio.
