Aaron Boyle, Managing Partner
Aaron is co-founder and principal of Midland Atlantic, and oversees operations of the firm’s Indianapolis office. A 20 year veteran of the real estate industry, Aaron has guided the development of small to midsize centers in Indiana and surrounding markets, including nearly a dozen build-to-suit stores as a preferred developer for Starbucks Coffee. His expertise in tenant representation has also made Midland Atlantic a valued resource for numerous national and regional retailers. With true dedication and unwavering integrity, Aaron guides the Indianapolis team in serving the retail real estate needs of landlords, tenants and landowners alike.
Aaron is actively involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Indiana, where he serves on the agency’s Board of Directors.

Kelly Boyle, Principal
Kelly manages day-to-day operations of the firm’s Indianapolis office. She is primarily responsible for overseeing design, construction and property management functions of developments done out of the Indianapolis office. Kelly has 20 years of real estate industry experience being involved in multi family and retail construction and development in the Midwest and Mid Atlantic regions. This experience along with her focused attention to detail have contributed to the company’s success at becoming a preferred developer and trusted resource for some of the nation’s top retailers.
Kelly has served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Indiana.
