Aaron Boyle, Principal
Aaron is co-founder and principal of Midland Atlantic, and oversees operations of the firm's Indianapolis office. He has been responsible for the development of nearly a dozen build-to-suit stores for Starbucks in the past four years, and has guided the company to become a preferred developer for this fast-growing retailer. His expertise in tenant representation has also made Midland Atlantic a valued resource for such retailers as Home Depot, CVS and Donatos Pizza.
A 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Aaron previously developed Kroger-anchored shopping centers for Midland's Raleigh, N.C. office. He also served two years as real estate manager, Midwest Region, for Blockbuster Video. His career began with Indianapolis-based Skinner & Broadbent, where he spent six years handling peripheral land sales.
Aaron is actively involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Indiana, where he serves on the agency's Board of Directors.

Kelly Boyle, Principal
Kelly manages day-to-day operations of the firm's Indianapolis office. She is primarily responsible for overseeing design, construction and property management functions of a development, after the land has been assembled and the funding has been established. Kelly has contributed to the company's success at becoming a preferred developer and representative for some of the nation's top retailers by operating with unwavering integrity and attention to detail.
Kelly has more than 15 years of real estate industry experience. Prior to joining Midland Atlantic, she worked for Trammell Crow Residential in Raleigh, N.C. and Indianapolis, IN where she assisted with development and construction of the firm’s multifamily and hotel developments. She previously served as a development assistant for House Investments in Indianapolis.
Kelly has served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Indiana and has also served as secretary on the Executive Committee.
