Overview

The primary concentration of the Indianapolis office is on small to mid size ground up developments, build-to-suit and national retail tenant representation. The office was established in 1998 through the leadership of Aaron Boyle and has since developed or is presently developing over 18 developments in three states. Our Brokerage Division represents some of the largest and most respected retailers, restaurant groups and landlords in the industry. The Indianapolis office also directs its own Construction Management, Leasing and Accounting personnel that support the aforementioned Development & Brokerage activities. Marketing & company wide Public Relations for Midland Atlantic are coordinated from this location.
