Jeffrey M. Vittert, Principal
As principal and co-founder of Midland Atlantic, Jeff coordinates development, construction, and leasing activities - as well as day-to-day-operations - for the firm's Raleigh office. His more than 20 years of experience with various aspects of real estate development has culminated in overseeing development of some of the firm's most prominent centers - Renaissance Village and Renaissance Center@ Southpoint in Durham, SC, which comprise a combined 640,000 square feet of retail space.
Jeff helped open the company's predecessor, Midland Development Group's Raleigh office, and early on in his Midland career specialized in leasing Kroger-anchored centers. Midland's efforts contributed to a significant growth for Kroger in the Raleigh market. He also has a strong history in tenant representation for such retail firms as Blockbuster Video, Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts, and Wendy's. |
