Overview

The primary concentration of the Raleigh/Durham (Triangle Area) office is to implement the coordinating components of development, construction and leasing of some of Midland Atlantic's large-scale prominent developments located in the rapidly expanding southeast region. This office was established in 1998 by Jeff Vittert, and through these coordination efforts has presently under construction or completed in excess of 850,000 square feet of retail and office space. These projects often incorporate multi-family, hotel and other commercial uses with Midland Atlantic taking the lead in bringing together these additional components into a substantially expanded and cohesive overall project. Additionally, the Raleigh/Durham office is focused on generating new development opportunities to effectively add to Midland Atlantic's growing portfolio.
