Midland Atlantic’s commitment to the communities we serve includes respecting and tending to ecosystems as well as improving or sustaining the quality of life for the individuals in our communities. We have a committed team of individuals made up of property management, construction and development partners who continually work to research and implement sustainability practices at our operating properties and new developments. The overall objective is to reduce our impact on the natural environment, save energy, improve efficiency, reduce waste and use the LEED rating system to help in our design process to effectively lower the occupancy costs of the tenants who occupy our centers.
