Tenant & Property Operations Coordinator
Betsy joined Midland Atlantic Properties in 2015 and works on Midland’s Property Management Team as a Tenant & Property Operations Coordinator in the Indianapolis office. In this role, Betsy manages tenant lease renewals and amendments for multiple shopping centers, coordinates routine service contracts and onsite inspections, inputs and tracks vendor invoices, assists in the management of tenant service requests as well as the collection of tenant receivables and secures proof of insurance for both tenants and vendors. Betsy is a valuable asset to our team and vital to the success of our real estate portfolio.
