The 1,650 square foot freestanding Starbucks is located at 1700 Sagamore Parkway South (intersection of US 52 & Indiana State Road 38), Lafayette, IN and features a drive-thru.
"We are excited to provide a quality building for Starbucks at this highly visible intersection in order for them to better serve the customers of Lafayette" said Aaron Boyle, principal of Midland Atlantic.
Grand opening of the store is expected to be in October.
