Since the company's inception in 1998, Midland Atlantic has developed more than 4 million square feet of retail properties, with more than 1 million square feet of developments under construction and 1.5 million square feet in planning phases. The Midland brokerage division has completed transactions valued at more than $400 million, representing some of the largest names in the industry such as Kroger, Home Depot, Kohl's and CVS. Midland Atlantic's acquisition division was formed in 2006, and has acquired 6 shopping centers totaling over 800,000 square feet with an estimated value of $54 million.
