Midland Atlantic Takes On New Property Manager
Experienced professional joins local real estate developer's management team
CINCINNATI - On Aug. 6, developer Midland Atlantic hired Gail Eisenecker as an addition to its property management division.
Eisenecker will oversee management of numerous properties for Midland in the Midwest and Southeast. Responsibilities will include facilities management and tenant relations.
Eisenecker left her position as property manager for Kimco Realty in Dayton, Ohio, to join Midland's team. She worked there for three years, fulfilling similar responsibilities.
A Chicago native, Eisenecker received a bachelor's degree in business from the University of California in Sacramento. Through the years she has received certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers and Registered Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Association.
