Retail center is 100 percent leased

Cincinnati, OH - Midland Atlantic announces that with the addition of two new tenants, its newest project in Cincinnati known as Kenwood Place has been fully leased. Recently, TD Ameritrade and The Salons @ Kenwood Place have joined the upscale retail development located in Kenwood (Sycamore Township). Both tenants are expected to open in Spring 2008.

"The Kenwood area has seen tremendous retail growth over the past few years. Kenwood Place, a 78,000-square-foot upscale center, is located on Kenwood Road, across from Kenwood Towne Center. Tenants include Henredon Furniture, Down Lite, M. Hopple & Co., Deck the Walls, Calico Corners, Mattress Firm, Diamonds Rock, Drexel Heritage Furniture, T-Mobile, and Dewey's Pizza.

Durham, NC - The Cincinnati based office of Midland Atlantic has received the Triangle Business Journal's highest award for the Top Mixed-Used Development in the region for its Renaissance Center project.
