Lease Administration Manager
Stephanie joined Midland Atlantic Properties in May 2017. She joins the team with over 18 years of temporary leasing and management experience in a mall environment. She has worked with Jones Lang LaSalle and most recently Urban Retail Properties. As Lease Administration Manager, Stephanie is responsible for working with the Construction and Property Management Departments by tracking and guiding Tenant progression from Leasing to Occupancy, ensuring that Landlord guidelines are met and the Tenant and Landlord are in compliance with the Lease. Stephanie will continue to be the point of contact for all Tenants and will help guide the Tenants through the construction process, Tenant Allowance process, opening and closing of the business and handling all notices and questions in regards to rent increases, NNN changes and NNN reconciliations.
