Managing Principal
Aaron is co-founder and managing principal of Midland Atlantic Properties and leads the Indianapolis team in all phases of acquisition, development, leasing and brokerage activity. A 36-year veteran of the real estate industry, Aaron has orchestrated the development or acquisition of over 40 small to midsize retail centers in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Midland Atlantic Properties currently has an ownership interest in 23 properties which are located in 8 states. In addition, Aaron leads the Indianapolis’ team of seven broker professionals who provide unparalleled services to Landlords and Tenants alike.
Aaron serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana and supports several other charitable organizations in and around the Indianapolis area.
Aaron has been a member of ICSC since 1982, and holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Purdue University.
