Construction Manager
Chris Kidwell graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and an associate degree in Civil Engineering. Over the past 32 years, he has served as a project manager on a wide range of projects, including office and retail developments, restaurants, federal and state facilities, and institutional projects. His experience includes project management, contracting, estimating, design coordination, and tenant coordination.
Chris works alongside the Director of Construction where he oversees all construction-related activities, including estimating, design coordination, contracting, project management, and tenant coordination.
