Construction Manager
Coleman graduated from Indiana University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics & Business. He joined the Midland Atlantic team in 2020 as a brokerage assistant after obtaining his Indiana Real Estate Broker’s license. Coleman worked as a Land Acquisition Analyst for David Weekley Homes before re-joining the Midland team in 2023 as a Construction Manager. Coleman’s responsibilities include assisting with the construction management of new and existing properties in the Indianapolis portfolio including design coordination assistance, contracting, project management as well as tenant improvement coordination.
