Leasing and Development Specialist
Colin joined Midland Atlantic full time in 2026 as a Leasing and Development Specialist. His responsibilities include the retail leasing of Midland Atlantic’s portfolio of shopping centers, 3rd party Landlord and Tenant representation, and the sourcing of new development/redevelopment projects.
Colin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics, with a bachelor's degree in Finance. During his time at Kentucky, Colin interned at Midland Atlantic as a Leasing and Development Intern, sparking his interest in the retail commercial real estate sector.
