Director of Construction
Dave graduated from Purdue University in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He joined the Midland Atlantic team in 2008 as Director of Construction after working for a number of local design / build developers in commercial, industrial, and retail settings. His current responsibilities include oversight of all construction-related activities for the Cincinnati office, including feasibility studies, estimating, design coordination, contracting, project management and tenant coordination. With more than 25 years of experience in engineering, construction, and development, Dave provides strong support to the entire Midland Atlantic leasing, development and property management team.
