Senior Property Manager
Frances Smith joined Midland Atlantic as Senior Property Manager for the Cincinnati office in April 2022.
Frances has over fifteen years of third party management of industrial, office and retail portfolios of institutional, municipal and private investor clients throughout the region.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate and Marketing, Frances currently holds a Real Estate License in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. She achieved her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2015. An active member of CREW Network, Frances has chaired several UCREW events with the University of Cincinnati, recognized with the 2017 CREW Greater Cincinnati Community Impact Award.
