Sales & Leasing Associate
Ian Brady joined Midland Atlantic Properties in 2026 as a Sales & Leasing Associate in the Indianapolis office. Ian specializes in retail leasing, sales, and tenant representation across Indiana and the Midwest.
Before joining Midland Atlantic Properties, Ian worked as a retail broker at metaCRE, where he assisted developers, investors, and retailers with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and site selection strategies.
Ian graduated from Marquette University with majors in Finance and Marketing and is working through his MBA at Ball State University. As a former Division I tennis player and team captain, Ian developed the discipline, competitiveness, and relationship-driven approach that he now brings to serving his clients and growing their businesses.
