Assistant Property Manager
Kathryn is an Assistant Property Manager at Midland Atlantic, joining the team in 2026. She supports the daily operations of the company’s retail portfolio, including tenant relations, vendor coordination, lease administration, budgeting support, and property inspections.
Kathryn brings a well‑rounded foundation in commercial real estate, including experience in underwriting and investment analysis gained through internships with Northmarq, Phillips Edison & Company, and ES Properties. She graduated in 2025 from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and a minor in Risk Management & Insurance, and is active in the Cincinnati chapters of CREW, WIRE, NAIOP, and the Urban Land Institute.
