Katie Tepe-Hadnett joined Midland Atlantic Properties in 2026. She comes to the organization with more than 15 years of experience in client relations, business development, talent acquisition and financial services. As Office Manager at Midland Atlantic Properties, she oversees office operations and supports organizational effectiveness. Throughout her career, Katie has held leadership and client-facing positions at Centennial Talent Strategy & Executive Search, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments and Robert Half International.

 

Katie holds a degree from Xavier University. She also advocates for cancer support initiatives by mentoring individuals and families navigating a cancer diagnosis and serving her community through volunteer and charitable work.
