Director of Leasing
Kyle joined Midland Atlantic in 2013 and has been the Director of Leasing and Managing Broker of the firm since May 2020. His responsibilities as Director of Leasing include the retail leasing of many of Midland Atlantic’s development and acquisition properties as well as 3rd party landlord and tenant representation in Ohio and Kentucky. Kyle has completed over 1.5 million square feet of transactions throughout his tenure at Midland Atlantic.
Kyle is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business, with BBA degrees in Real Estate and Finance. He is a licensed broker in both Ohio and Kentucky.
