Senior Accountant
In November of 2011, Sarah Gossett joined Midland Atlantic Properties as a Property Accountant. Prior to joining the team, Sarah spent five years at large third-party management companies like CB Richard Ellis providing Property Accounting.
As Senior Property Accountant Sarah is responsible for month end close on a portion of the portfolio, quarterly reconciliations for large tenants, utility reimbursement charges and overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions. Sarah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Winona State University - Winona, Minnesota.
