It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Stephanie Hawkes.
For nearly ten years, Stephanie was a cornerstone of Midland Atlantic Properties, serving as our Lease Administration Manager with exceptional professionalism, dedication, and care. Beyond her professional contributions, Stephanie brought remarkable warmth and energy to our workplace every day. Many of us will forever remember her infectious laugh that could brighten even the busiest day, her beautiful smile, and her gift for making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
Stephanie’s life was defined by service to others. Whether mentoring as a Big Sister, supporting families through Ronald McDonald House, serving as President of the Kiwanis Club of Mildford, or preparing meals for those in need, she touched countless lives with her kindness and compassion. She found joy in bringing people together and was deeply devoted to her family, friends, faith, and community. Stephanie will be remembered for her kind heart, compassionate spirit, quiet strength, unwavering faith, and the genuine care she showed to everyone she met. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched through her friendship, generosity, service, and love.
She was a truly special person who will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with her.
