Rural King Anchored Rivergate Shopping Center Sold

Shelbyville, Indiana – Rivergate Shopping Center, a 45,300 square foot center anchored by Rural King (not included), recently sold for $4.4 million to Chapel Hill, North Carolina based Prudent Growth Partners, LLC.

The property, located at 1802 – 1826 E State Road 44, Shelbyville, IN, was built in 1985 and acquired by Midland Atlantic Properties in 2013. Midland completed many renovations and thoughtfully made periodic updates to the center to accommodate new tenants including Rural King, BMV, and Jane Pauley.  

Dylan Mallory of Hanley Investments represented the seller, MAP Rivergate, LLC, and the buyer, Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, represented itself.
