John is Managing Principal and co-Founder of Midland Atlantic. John’s entire 30+ year career has been spent in the shopping center industry. Having developed over 50 shopping centers, John’s projects include a “who’s who” of national retailers. His shopping centers have included WalMart, Kroger, Target, Publix, Harris Teeter, TJ Maxx, Ross Stores, Home Depot, Trader Joe’s, Michaels, Ulta, Old Navy, Fresh Market, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Nordstrom, Macy’s, JC Penney, Petsmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and many other well-known industry leaders.
