John is Managing Principal and co-Founder of Midland Atlantic. John’s entire 40+ year career has been spent in the shopping center industry. Having developed over 50 shopping centers, John’s projects include a “who’s who” of national retailers. His shopping centers have included WalMart, Kroger, Target, Publix, Harris Teeter, TJ Maxx, Ross Stores, Home Depot, Trader Joe’s, Michaels, Ulta, Old Navy, Fresh Market, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Nordstrom, Macy’s, JC Penney, Petsmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and many other well-known industry leaders.
John is also a Nashville-based recording artist. His album “Over the Hill, but Picking Up Speed” was released in Fall, 2025; and is available on Spotify, Apple Music, You Tube, etc.
